- Local registered delivery of orders below €50 - Price: €6.50
We charge a flat rate of €6.50 for orders below €50. Use this method of delivery if you want the convenience of having your products delivered right to your door and the security of having a tracking number. We use MaltaPost to deliver these orders, so if you are not at home or at your office at the time of delivery, you will be able to pick up your items from your local post office at your convenience.

We offer free delivery in Malta and Gozo for any orders over €50. Our own delivery team will deliver these items to you if you are located in Malta. If you are located in Gozo, a courier will deliver these items to you generally on Fridays. Please leave a contact phone number during the checkout process so that we can contact you to deliver your items at a time which is convenient for you.
- Urgent courier delivery of orders of any value - Price: €20.00
Select this option if you need your items urgently and you are willing to pay extra to skip the queue and give your order priority! We will prepare your order before any others and we will book a courier to deliver it to you. Generally, you should expect to receive your order within the next business day, however, in exceptional cases it takes up to 2 business days for the courier to deliver . Delivery via MaltaPost usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive at your local address following the placement of your online order.
For orders over €50 delivered by our own delivery team, you will usually receive your order within 2-3 business days following the placement of your online order.
For orders over €50 to be delivered in Gozo, our courier generally delivers items on Fridays (excluding holidays) following the placement of your online order provided your order was received no later than Wednesday during that week.
If you have selected and paid for urgent courier delivery, we will book a courier service to get your order to you as soon as possible. Your order will usually arrive within 1 business day, however, in exceptional cases it can take up to 2 business days.Delivery Info - International

I don't live in Malta or Gozo, how do you deliver and what does it cost?
At the checkout, you will be charged €25 as a deposit for delivery.
We will use parcel post with tracking as our default shipping method. If your €25 deposit covers the delivery costs to your delivery address, there is no need for further action from you.
Optionally we can ship via courier at an additional cost that will be quoted on a case by case basis. If you want to opt for courier delivery, please send a reply to your order confirmation email within 24 hours to let us know. Otherwise, we will proceed with our default shipping method.
For any delivery method, if the cost of delivery is higher than €25, we will request a payment for additional delivery charges. We will request this payment via PayPal and we will notify you in such a case in a separate email. Once we receive the requested balance, we will ship your items. If you decide that the additional charges for shipping are too expensive, please let us know and we will cancel your order and provide a full refund.How long does delivery take for international orders?
If you are located in Europe, your order should arrive in 1-2 weeks from the date that the items were shipped. If you need faster delivery, please contact us after placing your order so that we can quote a courier service such as DHL, TNT, Fedex, UPS or similar.

Our website shows the prices of items inclusive of VAT. Once you add them to the cart, the price shown in the cart is the price excluding VAT. The reason for this is that the cart has a feature to calculate shipping and tax on the right hand side of the cart page. If you want to see the total price you need to pay, inclusive of VAT, when you are at the cart or checkout pages, please use shipping and tax calculator to show the total price. Our online store accepts all major credit cards and paypal payments. All payments are processed through paypal, whether you are paying from your paypal account funds or whether you want to pay by credit card.
If you don't have a paypal account, don't worry, it's not a problem. After you click 'Continue to Paypal' during the checkout process, please click 'Create an account'. That will redirect you to a page where you can enter your credit card info to issue payment. It will also ask you to create a password for paypal so that the process will be faster next time. Can I buy out of stock products?
Yes you can, however this cannot be done directly through the online store. If you need an item, which is not currently in stock, please contact our customer service team from our contact page
, to check when it will be in stock again or to place a custom order. If you place a custom order, we will order the product specifically for you from our supplier. Please note that additional delivery charges may apply in such cases, however, you will be informed before you place your order. Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns for a full refund of the product. Delivery & return costs or fees are not refunded. For a product to be returned, you must return it within 2 weeks from delivery and it must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging and accompanied by your order number. Our online shop is open 24/7 all year round. However, your orders will not be processed on Maltese public holidays and during company shutdown days. An official list of Maltese public holidays can be found on the governments website here
. Our company is closed for shutdown for one week during summer, during the week of the 15th of August and we are also closed for approximately one week between Christmas and New Year.Notes:
